Here are some snap my mum had made special high-tea hotel style.

Exotic Chocolate Mousse" the topping is very creamy.. plus the bottom is marble cake. uhmm mmm... that's mine..!!
When you taste it, you felt like you are in heaven..... wohoo!!!
